Area Directors

Andrew has significant experience as a senior manager in a number of public sector and NFP organisations in Kent, Sussex and London, with a proven track record as an investigator across a wide range of disciplines including public complaints, workplace grievances and misconduct matters. He is a qualified workplace mediator, trainer and experienced presenter.

He has expertise in identifying and delivering process reforms, cultural change and service delivery improvement through the development of individual skills, team dynamics, mentoring and leadership coaching.

With over 25 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development Linda has a broad range of skills and knowledge, coupled with experience in both private and public sectors. She is experienced in working with Executive teams, developing strategy for both HR functions and operational management. A qualified mediator, coach and trainer Linda is highly experienced in the human factors in the workplace and excited about helping organisations to build a more productive, less adversarial way of dealing with conflict in the workplace.

Operating from our base in Horsham, West Sussex we are able to offer a wide range of solutions for managing conflict situations in the workplace from mediation through to grievance and disciplinary investigations. However, we believe that understanding and prevention are part of a more holistic approach and as such we are able to provide a wide range of awareness and mediation skills training tailored to suit our clients’ needs. This includes assisting employers to integrate conflict management and resolution schemes through policy and process review, cultural change and improving skills.
