Our workplace mediation services resolve complex and challenging disputes – swiftly, effectively and with as little disruption as possible.

97% of disputes are resolved in just one day

In most cases, mediation lasts for one full day. A fully trained and skilled TCM mediator will help your employees move towards a constructive and satisfactory resolution. We resolve 97% of disputes referred to us and these typically involve complex issues such as grievances, complaints and allegations of bullying, and harassment.

Model Resolution Policy

In 2008, the existing Dispute Resolution Regulations (DRR) was replaced with a simpler and less bureaucratic dispute resolution procedure which became enshrined in the ACAS code for discipline and grievance.

The TCM Model Resolution Policy aims to provide a timely and effective alternative to failing grievance procedures, promote the constructive resolution of workplace disputes and develop conflict resilient workplaces and conflict competent managers, leaders and HR professionals.

Complaints Resolution

The Complaints Resolution framework establishes a process that aims to resolve work place issues. The process provides the employer with the opportunity to address and correct employee concerns by inputting training and processes to allow issues to be dealt with effectively. TCM will help your organisation to establish key skills and qualities for handling complaints, maintain control and empathy when handling complaints, manage and defuse emotional response, review outcome and agreeing appropriate action.

Coaching

TCM’s Coaching, provided as part of the resolution suite, provides the knowledge to identify a clear identification of the performance or behavior issue and helps to establish a platform for joint resolution. The specific facts that indicate a problem are rarely articulated. Too often, not everyone is involved in the resolution process. TCM’s coaching calls for joint resolution of the problem before it becomes a serious obstacle to good performance and team engagement.
