Aideen is a HR and Learning & Development specialist, with almost 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, from corporate to five-star. Her passion is helping teams realise their full potential and find the joy in their work. She is a firm believer in positive coaching and mentoring. She is a trained mediator, coach, mentor and trainer. She has won awards for her work in HR Leadership and Apprenticeships and won a place on the Times Top 100 Best Companies list. Aideen has successfully managed complex Employee Relations cases in her career and has also ensured positive outcomes at Employment Tribunals. Aideen is a caring and intuitive consultant who uses her experience to support and guide individuals through challenging situations. Aideen is a volunteer for the Pregnant then Screwed Flexible working helpline which gives free advice to women and parents who are looking for support with managing their own careers. She also uses her free time to support careers in local schools as a volunteer Enterprise Advisor and was part of the Apprenticeship Trailblazer Team for Hospitality. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
