Due to a merger of the procurement and logistics departments Andy designed a Land Systems Engineering Programme, providing Practitioner level Upskilling for technical staff within the Land Domain which equipped staff with the right skills and professional qualifications. Following the successful implementation of this programme he undertook a wider review of Acquisition training and was responsible for ensuring that Military personnel coming into Defence Acquisition had the relevant training to deliver defence capability.
As a harassment and a bullying investigator for the MOD Andy has undertaken numerous complex investigations across the three services as well as for civilian staff. He was also was involved in the redesign and implementation of the Joint Service Publication for harassment and bullying within the MOD.
During his career with the MOD, Andy has also sat as chair of grievance and disciplinary appeals.
