Matt joined The TCM Group in 2020 following on from 2 previous years’ experience in a marketing role in the workplace conflict sector. Now Marketing Manager at TCM, he oversees the full marketing and communications output of the company. Taking the lead on our weekly business development meetings, and coordinating the activities of a small team; he is responsible for the successful rollout of a range of marketing activities, including:
• Website design, development and ongoing maintenance
• Search Engine Optimisation
• Google Ads Campaign Management
• Email Marketing
• Marketing Automation, through Pardot
• Content creation: brochures, articles, blogs and social media
• Online event marketing coordination
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the business has rapidly grown since Matt’s time at the company. This has allowed the internal team to grow, and for us to invest further in our digital ecosystem, dividing the business into multiple sub-brands for our various products and services.
In his managerial role, Matt strives to achieve excellence in all that the company delivers, by setting high standards and demonstrating good quality in his own work. He gathers and analyses data from all available sources to feed into the overall marketing strategy for the business. He strives to inspire his team through praise, recognition and setting achievable targets to encourage healthy competition.
Matt holds a Psychology degree and is also a trained workplace Mediator and Investigator. This puts him in the best possible position to understand the needs of our clients and tailor our marketing messages accordingly. With a true passion for the work that TCM do, Matt is motivated to ensure as many organisations (and their people) as possible can benefit from our work.
Outside of work, Matt loves Cricket (playing, coaching and spectating), generally keeping active, and sharing good food and craft beer with friends and family.
