About Winnie Kaloki

Winnie’s interpersonal skills are honed from years of building customer relations in the West End theatre scene. She thrives on being at the front-line, providing consistently excellent customer service and ensuring efficiency in TCM’s high-tempo work environment. Problem-solving is one of Winnie’s talents as she believes no enquiry is too big or too small to find the right solution.

Passionate about people and trained in both Psychodynamic and Person-Centred Counselling, she recently added the accreditation of Workplace Mediator into her repertoire of high-level skills in expertly supporting customer needs.

When Winnie is not assisting her colleagues and building her own skill set, she can be found volunteering in the mental health charity sector. Her personal interests include jewellery making where she can get her creative juices flowing and catching the latest West End show extravaganza.
