Heavily impacted by her work in five star hospitality from early on in her career, she delivers on her promises with professionalism, good humour and empathy. Her coaching training taught her to approach any situation with curiosity and an open mind encouraging a collaborative way every time.
As a mother of three small boys, she has worked hard to manage and thrive both as a mother and a consultant. She uses a caring and flexible mindset to never stop learning and changing and growing in all her roles and this allows her to truly engage with everyone who works with her.
Aideen always spends time and focus during the analysis stage of learning and development, and works closely with her clients to create learning interventions that are relevant, enriching and deliver on the goals. Her methods of working are underpinned by her service background, powerful questioning techniques and key listening skills. Combined, this results in an output that is collaborative and meaningful.
Aideen is a TCM trained investigator and has experience at Tribunal preparation and hearings. Her knowledge and calm approach to complex investigations results in a fair and consistent outcome. In her HR leadership roles, she has led on culture change projects resulting in placement on the Times Top 100 Best companies to work for and has also won industry awards for her work in People development and engagement.
As a chartered fellow of the CIPD, she has a thorough understanding of how people can be the life blood of any organisation, how best to support, inspire and help them be their best and how to help them ensure their organisation benefits from their strengths. Aideen works with the charity Pregnant then Screwed in her free time to support women who have been treated unfairly at work.
