Chloe joined TCM in 2021, inspired to combine her academic background in Psychology with a with a profound commitment to client engagement. Thriving in our dynamic, results-oriented team, Chloe places the client experience at the forefront of everything she does.

Chloe operates our Investigation and Audit Services over at The Investigation Company, ensuring that each and every case runs smoothly and in line with our stringent internal quality standards. As the Coordinator for this service area, she is the first point of contact for our clients, liaising every step of the way to ensure that fast and exceptional service is always delivered.

Managing all client proposals and RFP’s, Chloe provides administrative support to service Director, Harriette Wolff. She works closely with our clients and takes pride in her track-record of forming long-lasting relationships, while simultaneously providing dependable business support.

Chloe is a natural problem-solver, helping uncover our clients’ complex needs and requirements and providing guidance and advice to not only our clients but also our internal teams. Her adept project management skills mean that she oversees our training programs of all sizes, ensuring our clients always achieve their desired learning outcomes. Chloe also supports in the design of our bespoke investigation training.

Chloe is also proud Associate of the CIPD (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) and holds a Psychology degree.
And outside of this, Chloe has a keen interest in what we do and is eager to learn both at work and in her personal pursuits. In her spare-time, enjoys exercising, documentary-watching and improving her Spanish by language-exchange.
