“Nicki’s training brings together an authentic voice around an emotive topic and also creates the time and space to explore responsibilities to ourselves, others and to our society and to make a personal commitment to change. Thank you Nicki for sharing your truth- with courage, humility and compassion.”

“The best way to prevent bullying is to talk openly about it : how it affects us, how it affects others, how to raise it when it starts showing in a team, how to apologise, receive apologies and most important, how to move on. But it is not easy. That is exactly what Nicki does, which such grace and open heart, she makes it easy to talk about “hard things”. I strongly recommend her and her team to any company that wants to deal with bullying seriously or prevent it!”

“Nicki’s approach was really successful in helping to raise awareness and move us forward, both individually and as a team. Being able to communicate with each other, without judgment, allowed us to look at the problems, and we were supported to set achievable goals that we could put into place quickly. It’s been a really effective programme to enable change to take place, and we would definitely work with Nicki again.”

"Being in a safe and comfortable environment, with a coach who demonstrated the utmost professionalism gave me confidence to speak openly. There were times when I would take the conversation to unplanned places, but I felt I always had the time, space and permission to do this. Nicki would organically weave any new insights found on these tangents back into the central thread of our session."
“Nicki has a gift as a coach. This came from her own unique experience, her compassion and strong will to help others. She was holding my hand and led me out of darkness. Most importantly, in this long journey, I did not realise her hand was there until I was out of darkness safely.”
“Nicki's insightful, intuitive and solution focused approach is perfectly matched by her friendly and supportive manner. If you are looking for support (no matter what the issue) I would recommend getting in touch. I felt lighter after just our first 10 minute chat! Thank you Nicki for being a calming & confidence boosting influence!”
“I have experience of Nicki's transformational coaching. I have previously had mixed reactions of coaching, but I have found working with Nicki an incredibly fulfilling and positive experience. As a CEO I feel it's really important to obtain professional and challenging coaching and there are different types of coaching or mentoring available. I find Nicki is very calm and has an incredible way of passing that skill on. She has helped enable me to focus on transformation in ways that I wasn’t expecting, in relation to improving my reflections, life/work balance and leadership. I would honestly recommend her to any professional.”
