Shereen is a highly effective HR practitioner with over 20 years of experience in human resource management. Shereen is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) demonstrating her strategic abilities, people expertise and business impact with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
She has successfully undertaken several HR-related roles within local government, higher education, and the energy sector. Her roles include Head of Employee Relations at an NHS Trust, Senior HR Consultant and HR Business Partner. Shereen is an accredited investigator and accredited mediator.
She specialises in transformational cultural change projects, complex investigations, leadership development and inclusion initiatives. Shereen trained as a mediator with the TCM Group in 2012 supporting the development of an internal mediation scheme and gained the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation. Shereen is now a workplace mediator and coach and is passionate about conflict resolution.
Shereen is committed to helping organisations get the best out of their people using HR and organisational development strategies and delivers training on leadership development, employment law and HR best practice. She also engages in personal development activities and volunteers as a CIPD mentor.
