Adam joined The TCM Group as Resolution Centre Coordinator in 2023 following experience developing HR Policy and resolution processes in the public sector. Adam has previously managed Cabinet Office’s internal mediation services, supported in the delivery of workplace investigation services/training as well as implementing some of the key findings of the 2022 Respect & Inclusion Review which sought to independently review the policies, practices, and workplace culture in regard to fairness and inclusion in the Cabinet Office. He has also worked in a custodial leadership role in HMPPS giving him a unique insight into problem solving and de-escalating within a challenging environment.
Adam prides himself on delivering high quality outcomes and support for organisations utilising TCM’s Resolution Centre, UK Resolution, and is the first point of contact for customers in triaging their resolution requests, as part of their Resolution Framework. He provides independent, objective guidance on early and informal resolution to clients outsourcing complex ER support via UK Resolution.
Adam holds a Degree in History; he is always keen to learn from others and expand his knowledge. In his spare time, he loves to watch football, attend music events, and spend time with friends and family.
