Aditi is a versatile professional with a passion for training, learning, and leadership development with an experience of over seven years. Originally from the Pinkcity (Jaipur, India), she is now based in London and holds the role of Leadership Development Coordinator at the TCM Group. Adi has designed and taught specialised training programs, during her time as an L&D Executive, Centre Head, Instructor, and Corporate Trainer ranging from training refugees from Ukraine and the Middle East to delivering leadership development courses to executives across industries, with a focus on negotiations.

She has graduated with an MA in English Literature from Queen Mary University of London and was the valedictorian of her class whilst pursuing double bachelors (B.A. & B.Ed.) in India.

Adi’s certifications include CELTA from the British Council, IELTS Masterclass for Trainers, Diploma in TESOL/TEFL with a specialisation in Business English Teaching.

Adi is a polyglot with proficiency in six languages. In her free time, she finds joy in dancing, poetry, and savouring a good cup of coffee while indulging in classic films.
