Alun is a mediator with nearly 20 years’ experience of using mediation to help resolving disputes. He has worked primarily in the area of employment and education. He has 40 year’s experience as an employment lawyer and 30 as a partner in established Scottish law firm Anderson Strathern LLP where he has worked with clients in the public and private sectors including local authorities, universities and trade unions.

He has learned that it always worth looking for the path between two opposing positions and that, in the end, parties welcome the opportunity to look for that path too.
