Erika Lucas is a writer and communications consultant with a special interest in HR, leadership, management and personal development.
Her career has spanned journalism and PR, with previous roles in regional press, BBC Radio, PR consultancy, charities and business schools.
Erika has written for a wide range of management and HR magazines as well as for numerous corporate publications, blogs and websites. She has also written two books – one on the changing role of leaders and the other on recruitment for SMEs.

In her role with TCM, Erika writes articles, case studies and white papers and helps the business publicise its award-winning consultancy, training and thought leadership.
