About Gemma Bromfield

Gemma is an incredibly positive individual who brings drive, passion and energy to the people whom she works with. She is hugely passionate about EDI, and this shows in all of the work she undertakes. Gemma is known for her ability to build trust quickly, creating a safe space where all voices are heard and valued. Gemma’s passion is informal resolution, as a TCM Accredited Workplace Mediator she works hard to help individuals and teams navigate conflict in a way that fosters understanding, resolution, and long-term culture change.

Being Neurodivergent, Gemma brings lived experience to her work, particularly when supporting Neurodivergent parties in mediation, being responsive to different needs, helping parties advocate for themselves, and supporting organisations to foster truly equitable workplaces.

Gemma brings a wealth of experience navigating complex workplace investigations and appeals, where she specialises in cases involving Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment and Sexual Harassment. Gemma approaches all her case work with care, impartiality, and a trauma-informed perspective, ensuring fairness and integrity throughout the process, where all individuals concerned are treated with dignity and respect.

With a strong background in HR business partnering for large corporate teams, Gemma brings a wealth of knowledge to the HR space, where she is committed to challenging the status quo and creating a culture where people, can thrive and feel valued. Gemma is an active member of the CIPD (Level 5 Accredited) and an Accredited Mental Health First Aider, equipping her with the expertise to handle workplace challenges with professionalism, sensitivity, and integrity.
