She is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in Human Resources, particularly within the areas of Employee Relations, cultural change and leadership development. With a deep commitment to wellbeing, engagement and inclusion, she has always been passionate about upskilling and training people to foster positive interactions in the workplace. Throughout her career, Louise recognised the growing need for a proactive, resolution-focused approach to managing workplace dynamics. She saw firsthand how unresolved conflicts and breakdowns in relationships can significantly impact both an organisation’s success and the welfare of its employees.

Driven by this insight, Louise transitioned her focus towards preventing conflict and promoting healthy, collaborative environments. This led her to join The TCM Group, where she found a shared commitment to nurturing a holistic, supportive company culture. As a TCM Accredited Mediator and Investigator, Louise has expanded her expertise within the conflict resolution space, blending her HR background with advanced skills in mediation and investigation.
