In 2013, recognising the need for change,  our CEO and founder, David Liddle developed and launched The Resolution Framework™. This ground breaking framework offers a human and humane approach for resolving issues at work. It diverts the majority of issues away from traditional responses, and towards just and restorative methods such as mediation, coaching and facilitation.

Resolution Framework Training and Development

We provide extensive training support to help you build the capacity to ensure your Resolution Framework™ delivers maximum impact. Our courses are designed and delivered by experts PLUS each courses is fully accredited. We can deliver our courses at pace and at scale. They can be tailored to meet the specific needs and context of your organisation. We can also develop new courses from scratch, should you need us to do so.
