Research, Publications and Standards Coordinator
The TCM Group is seeking a highly organised, naturally curious and relationship-focused Research, Publications and Standards Coordinator to play a central role in capturing, developing and sharing the knowledge, insight and thought leadership generated through The People Leader and the People and Culture Institute.
Working as part of The TCM Group, you will coordinate an ambitious programme of research, publications, white papers, special interest groups, partnerships and digital content that helps shape the future of People and Culture practice across the UK and internationally.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with David Liddle, the Executive Office and the Events and Community Coordinator, you will transform ideas, conversations and learning into practical resources, research and thought leadership that inform, inspire and influence leaders around the world
Marketing and Communications Manager
The TCM Group is seeking a creative, organised and commercially aware Marketing and Communications Manager to help drive brand visibility, customer engagement and business growth across our expanding ecosystem of mediation, investigation, and resolution services & training programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning consultancy at a pivotal stage in its growth. You will support the design and delivery of marketing campaigns, webinars, community building, thought leadership activity, digital communications and lead generation initiatives that strengthen TCM’s market presence and create meaningful opportunities for growth.
The role combines creativity with coordination, requiring someone who can turn ideas into compelling content, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use data and insight to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
