Based in Brighton, Sarah is an HR and employee relations specialist with years of experience working at a senior operational management level within the hospitality industry before moving into HR.

Sarah has spent many years managing and advising on complex HR issues and supporting people managers with their challenges.  She is passionate about mediation being an alternative to the traditional grievance process.

When not at work, Sarah is out walking her two Romanian rescue dogs or training for her next ultra marathon.
