Annabel Stewart (BSc (Hons), MIoL) is a qualified leadership development specialist, trainer, coach and mentor with the Institute of Leadership based near Southampton in Hampshire.  Annabel’s career has spanned over 25 years, and she has worked in worldwide training delivery, operational people development and as a global leader for large blue-chip companies such as Microsoft and B&Q as well as for SMEs and start-ups.

Annabel has worked as a group facilitator and executive coach with established, new and emerging leaders of all levels across various industries.  Annabel has been able to make a real difference to the leadership behaviours and culture of organisations by bringing together both business strategy and the needs of employees.

Annabel also loves to work with teams, is a qualified MBTI consultant and is well versed on various team models. She has successfully enabled clients to transform team culture and enable successful working together for higher performance, opening dialog and building a new way of working.  She has a very practical hands-on and interactive approach to training ensuring that people have real tools they use in the workplace.
