I agreed to attend a two day mediation training course with TCM recommended by my Company . I have to say I wasn’t that enthusiastic in attending but WOW what a great course, great presenter and I seriously really enjoyed the hands-on role play. I have to say the presenter was so good, she made the training interesting, funny at time with her humour and expertise. So pleased I attended and didn’t duck out. I have done on to do mediation with some colleagues and look forward to the next time I’m needed.
