I want to say a huge thanks to Elizabeth for her facilitation these last few days, it was held at such a great pace – her knowledge and understanding of investigation is very evident, yet she allowed the other participants to input. I wanted to share how she managed the large group and small group set up so smooth and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Also, I have never been in a group before whereby the facilitator allowed questions at anytime and it was so well done, I was impressed by that but equally felt at ease to jump in and ask away when the question came up for me.
