Rachel Salaman brings a unique perspective to conflict resolution as a TCM accredited workplace mediator and investigator with over two decades of experience in media, training, and facilitation.
She began her career as a journalist in the UK and abroad, working for a range of media organisations including the BBC, LBC Radio, Time Magazine and the Associated Press.
In 2006, Rachel founded a communications consultancy, serving clients as diverse as the NHS, charities, think tanks, large corporations, and the management training company Mind Tools, for whom she hosted a monthly podcast on workplace issues for 17 years.
Throughout her career, Rachel has honed her ability to listen intentionally, navigate sensitive issues, and facilitate open dialogue – skills she now applies as a mediator, helping organizations resolve disputes and improve workplace dynamics with calm impartiality.
As an investigator, she harnesses years of professional interviewing and information gathering, leading to fair and reliable reports built on thorough and relevant fact finding.
She is passionate about fostering understanding and creating successful outcomes for all parties involved in workplace conflicts.
