Eunice began her career in marketing, where she supported exciting B2B campaigns driving solutions within FinTech and graduate recruitment consulting. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for how strategic, targeted communication can connect people with the solutions they need.
She then shifted into diversity and inclusion within higher education, focusing on driving cultural change through policies, procedures and processes that empower everyone to bring their authentic selves to work. Being at the heart of this transformation has been incredibly rewarding and solidified Eunice’s commitment to people and culture.
Now, Eunice is at TCM to work toward a shared vision: building a people and culture function that puts purpose, values, and people first. She looks forward to getting to know each person, hearing their stories, and working together to leverage organisational culture as a driver for growth and engagement.
