What a phenomenal couple of days we’ve just had at the 2025 CIPD Festival of Work, buzzing with insight, purpose, and momentum for real workplace transformation! Here’s a snippet of what we got up to.
Creating winners in the workplace
Our stand was a crowd-puller themed around “Don’t gamble with your workplace culture”, complete with a roulette table that brought the glitz of Vegas to the HR world. But unlike a real casino, everyone was a winner.
Visitors walked away with some truly transformational prizes, including free training courses, signed copies of our CEO David Liddle’s books, Managing Conflict and Transformational Culture, stress-busting dice and live mini Culture and Leadership Alignment Labs.
They also picked up a winning hand of TCM’s key services, featuring practical prompt cards designed to spark change in any workplace. In case you missed it…

Engaging in discussions and thought leadership
There were numerous thought leaders at The Festival of Work from different spheres, all connected by a shared purpose of making workplaces work better. TV personality and Candy Kittens founder Jamie Laing, for instance, shared a timely reminder about the importance of regular feedback in the workplace. He spoke about how a lack of consistent feedback can make negative reviews feel like a shock, and how frequent check-ins help keep people engaged.
It’s a perspective we couldn’t agree with more. In fact, did you know 80% of Gen Y employees prefer immediate recognition over formal reviews? That’s exactly why we developed our Transformational Performance Management System (TPS).
Unlike traditional systems that rely on annual reviews, rigid KPIs, and top-down feedback, our TPMS is designed to empower people in real time. It is built around ongoing coaching and dialogue, employee-led growth and development, and alignment with culture and values. This approach doesn’t just improve performance. It helps build trust, motivation, and a truly people-first culture.
Making lasting connections
More importantly, we connected with hundreds of people who share our vision: a future of work grounded in restorative practice, resolution, and putting people first.
It was a true privilege to meet so many pioneers shaping these purpose-led cultures. From energising exchanges on employee wellbeing to bold discussions about shifting from retributive systems to transformational ones, every moment reflected the heart of what our mission of Transforming Work is all about.
To everyone who stopped by, shared your story, or joined the Resolution Revolution, thank you. Your energy, insights, and commitment to doing work differently are what make this community so powerful.
Let’s keep the momentum going!
