I wanted to thank you again for the very thorough and detailed investigation training you delivered to my colleagues and I. 

One of my aims from the training was to be able to use it to not just deal competently with an investigation, but also to prevent situations from progressing to a stage where such action is required.  In that context, I have already called on it, twice in responding to staff and again responding to a patient complaint.

The approach, guidance, language and legal detail is absolutely invaluable and above all, has hopefully helped the people I have encountered find resolution.
