Our collaboration with Sabin began with 1:1 leadership coaching, tailored to senior leaders navigating key challenges like delegation, collaboration, and team development. This was complemented by our Coaching Skills for Managers training programme, equipping middle managers with the tools and confidence to lead through empowerment rather than command and control.
