Vanessa has over 14 years of HR experience over a variety of roles in the Tech/Finance/Corporate world, along with a deep commitment to creating safe workplaces where everyone can truly belong.

Her years of experience in Employee Relations and passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) allow her to understand different perspectives and manage difficult situations in an empathetic way.

Vanessa is an seasoned investigator with experience in: Bullying and Harassment, Performance, Grievances, Disciplinaries and Discrimination. She has completed the Advanced Investigations Training and National Certificate in Workplace Mediation with TCM, providing a solid framework and enhancing her expertise.

As a self-professed geek, when Vanessa is not working, you’ll find her lost in a great book, rolling dice in an epic D&D campaign, or gathering friends around a board game table.
