We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Learning and Development to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role. You’ll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our global training ecosystem, ensuring every course and programme – from Engage Leadership to People and Culture, from The Mediation Company to The Investigation Company – reflects our commitment to quality, pedagogy and transformational impact.
We’re looking for a visionary L&D leader – calm, collaborative and commercially astute – who can blend systems thinking with creativity, data with empathy, and rigour with imagination.
Role details
- Title: Head of Learning and Development
- Location: Hybrid – three days per week at our head office in Islington, North London/client facing.
- Salary: £65k–£75k + profit share and performance-related pay (total earnings £90k+)
- Reports to: CEO, David Liddle
- Closing date: 28 November 2025
