Training Triumph: Alight’s Commitment to Workplace Investigations
Empowering Teams Across Africa
As a global humanitarian organisation, Alight understands the critical role of effective workplace investigations in fostering a culture of safety, fairness, and accountability. To equip their teams with the essential skills to conduct thorough, just, and trauma-informed investigations, Alight partnered with The Investigation Company by The TCM Group to deliver a three-day Practical Investigation Skills training course.
A Bespoke, High-Impact Training Experience
Led by expert trainer Chris Howarth, the training was delivered online to delegates from various teams across multiple African countries. The course was designed to meet the unique challenges and contexts in which Alight operates, ensuring relevance and instant, real-world impact.
