Welcome to TCM’s conflict management and change management suite. We have been leading the way in mediation, dispute resolution and facilitation since 2001.
Conflict is in the news every minute of every day of every week. It has probably always been that way. However, the news over the past few years seems to have been about rapidly rising levels of division, disengagement and dissatisfaction – within the UK and further afield. Brexit; increasingly divisive politics here in the UK, US and elsewhere; issues raised by the #MeToo and Times Up campaigns; the rise of the far right in Europe; the persistent threat of terrorism; and the myriad other wars and conflicts across our globe make the world, and our workplaces, feel a little less stable and more unsafe than they have done for many years. Conflict, it seems, is rife.
However, at TCM, we know that not all conflict is bad. We design and deliver highly effective approaches for managing conflict – transforming it from destructive conflict into constructive dialogue. On this page, and across the site, you will find examples of a wide range of conflict resolution and change management services that we deliver to our customers.
