Celebrating GTR's Mediation Skills Training

This week, we’re delighted to recognise Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) as our Customer of the Week. GTR’s commitment to enhancing workplace mediation by embarking on The TCM Group’s 5-day National Certificate in Workplace Mediation course has empowered their team with valuable conflict resolution skills.

Led by Elizabeth Nuckowska, the training received fantastic feedback from delegates. Participants like Laura Sharp and Jillian Scott-Fairweather reported feeling more confident and equipped to handle workplace conflicts, and praised the transferable skills they gained.
