Making social impact with mediation skills training
We are delighted to celebrate Home Group as our Customer of the Week! As one of the UK’s largest providers of housing, health, and care services, Home Group is dedicated to building inclusive and compassionate communities, starting from within.
Their commitment to early and constructive conflict resolution recently led their team to complete our Essentials of Mediation training, delivered by our expert consultant partner, Thoralf Kretzschmar, and the delegates thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
As part of this recognition, The TCM Group has donated £100 to the Home Group Fund on their behalf. The Home Group Fund is a vital resource that supports customers living in Home Group properties who are experiencing severe financial hardship, helping them cover essential needs such as heating and food.
