Customer of the Week

We’re thrilled to spotlight the historic Kirklees College as our Customer of the Week.

Together, we’ve been working to shape a dynamic leadership development offering that puts values, coaching, and people-first practices at the heart of their organisational culture.

While the project is still ongoing, early feedback has already been overwhelmingly positive. Delegates have praised the interactive group exercises, the opportunity to share experiences, and the practical theory behind the tools.

 

Today far exceeded my expectations. A great day spent with fellow leaders, sharing experiences and reflecting on where we are now and tips as to how we can be excellent. It was a privilege to share our thoughts and experiences with not only each other but with Marie. An inspiration and knowledgeable professional who captivated the room. All done with plenty of humour. A perfect day.

As part of their Customer of the Week award, Kirklees College has nominated the wonderful charity. Forget Me Not Childrens Hospice, to receive a £100 donation from The TCM Group on their behalf.
