Mark has 30 years’ experience as a senior people manager, including 17 years as an HR Director in retail, professional services and education.  Mark began his career as a Learning and Development Manager and is able to combine years of L&D experience and skills with senior level commercial experience to contextualise learning, making it engaging, real and relevant.

With a Masters Degree in People Development and as a qualified NLP practitioner, Mark is an experienced executive coach and qualified mediator and brings a participative and client/learner centred approach to his work.

Having been a member of many executive teams, in a variety of sectors, he is experienced in all aspects of organisational and people management with a particular interest in leadership and organisational development.

He is a passionate believer in the power of people centred strategies, incorporating approaches such as coaching and mediation, and the impact they can have on culture and organisational success.
