Having completed the five day National Certificate in Workplace Mediation training, I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about becoming an accredited mediator. The facilitators are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. The TCM way of mediation is easy to follow and very effective, as a mediator I am looking forward to putting all of my new learnings into practice to help resolve conflicts in a mutually agreeable manner.
