BT were one of the first major UK companies to establish an internal mediation scheme. TCM ran an initial pilot for BT which was subsequently rolled out across the organisation.
TCM worked with TalkTalk to train their staff in the fundamentals of mediation; their staff now know how to recognise and handle destructive conflict when it arises.
