Aditi Sigar ACIPD leads the leadership and management development services at The TCM Group, where she brings a global perspective to learning and organisational development. With a strong background in leadership training design and facilitation, she has delivered high-impact programmes for a wide range of clients including Electoral Commission, NATO, Bellwether (asset management), North London NHS Trust, and Historic Royal Palaces.

Aditi is experienced in working with managers, senior leaders, and multi-national teams. She has a particular strength in guiding multicultural and multilingual cohorts through strategic, inclusive leadership journeys. Her role spans the full lifecycle of programme delivery, from initial contracting and client liaison to day-to-day coordination with consultants and ensuring seamless delivery.

A certified Agile DSDM project manager and a mental health first aider, Aditi applies an iterative, responsive, and collaborative approach to programme management. She plays a key role in embedding TCM’s continuous improvement systems, ensuring that evaluation and feedback are integrated into every stage of delivery. Her ability to connect strategic outcomes with operational detail means that every programme is both relational and results-driven.

Fluent in five languages, Aditi is a keen polyglot who enjoys travelling and exploring countries of the world!
