Elizabeth has over 25 years’ HR experience in Human Resources and Operations spanning the public, private and not for profit sectors. Roles included Director of Leadership Development, Head of Learning and Board Member as well as being responsible for training and mentoring trainers, mediators, investigators and coaches. Elizabeth has a person-centred approach, believing that every individual/organisation has the solution/answer to the question or issue they pose.
She is a highly skilled consultant, facilitator, mediator, investigator, and Action Learning Set facilitator who is values driven and integrity and professionalism always come first.
Qualifying as a mediator in 2008, she has successfully delivered mediation training for various sectors, including public, local and central Government, NHS, financial, legal, education and other regulated services. She has also mediated and facilitated a number of individual and team conflicts, working with individuals, teams and organisations. Her practice is underpinned with operational experience in both Civil and Criminal Law giving her a broad understanding of the judicial process, as well as a solid background on employment law ranging from the drafting and implementation of policies, negotiations with Unions, through to investigations, appeals and representation at Employment Tribunals.
Elizabeth has received numerous awards for her Leadership and Diversity programmes in various settings. Her blended organisational cultural transformation programmes for the Judicial Services industry were highly commended by City and Guilds assessors for being very sophisticated and extremely well thought out; and was awarded Learning and Development Impact of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
Outside work she loves travelling, and is passionate about the natural world and striving for a healthy environment for all. She particularly enjoys propagating, nurturing and growing plants and fresh produce, many of which go towards fundraising at community events.
