Emma wanted to utilise her skills and experience to help more people and businesses find solutions, evolve and grow, so in 2021 she decided to set up her own consultancy and coaching business. Emma joined TCM as a Transformation Consultant in 2022.

Emma has extensive experience in helping to transform and improve workplaces, to create cultures which attract and retain talent, those which nurture happiness, productivity, and inclusivity at work. She is values driven and this fuels her passion to make a difference as both a consultant and coach. Emma leads with integrity, authenticity, and honesty. She has worked with CEOs and boards to create and refine their values, to design aligned behaviour frameworks and led the work to embed these.

Emma is passionate about helping to build more authentic, person-centred leadership. She has seen first-hand the positive impact it can have in shaping organisational culture, decision making at a Board / sub-board level, and how this sets the tone for the entire company.

She has over 20 years’ experience in HR, Organisational Development (OD) and as a leader, spanning the public and private sector. Over 10 years of this experience was within the NHS, across acute, mental health and the ambulance service. Latterly Emma was Deputy Director of HR and OD. In this role Emma led the People team through a transformation project to modernise team mind-set, policies, ways of working, creating a fair, just and inclusive approach. It resulted in significant financial savings, reduced sickness absence, and improved engagement within the HR team and wider organisation.

Emma has experience working in SMEs as a consultant helping to diagnose workplace culture and shape everything from business strategy and planning to execution. She has help to identify ways in which business can be scaled up using a people-centred approach.
