The UKR support plan offers a low-cost subscription service to small and medium sized organisations. Typically, the fee is in the region of £200 per month for micro organisations, £300 per month for small organisations and £500 per month for medium sized organisations*.

*Fees quoted are ex vat.

What’s included in the UK Resolution Support Plan?

  • A scoping meeting with our UK Resolution coordinator, to understand your needs and agree the service level agreement (SLA).
  • An initial people and culture health check (1 day = half-day diagnostic plus half-day writing up). Using TCM’s trademark Culture Insights™, this is a culture mapping and HR diagnostic service undertaken by one of our expert consultant partners.
  • Access to our 24 hour resolution helpline providing employment law advice and guidance – when you need it. This is provided at the same level as Acas.
  • Priority access to TCM’s award winning coaching, mediation and investigation services.
  • Expert support to help you embed TCM’s multi award-winning Resolution Framework™. This is a legally compliant alternative to traditional HR processes such as grievance, conduct, discipline, bullying, harassment etc. **Note that this does not include onsite consultancy or training, which is billed separately.**
  • Access to our Resolution Centre. Using the Resolution Framework™ as a baseline, we will provide guidance and support to help you identify the most appropriate route to resolution. We will undertake a resolution triage assessment using our Resolution Index®. This is suitable for a wide range of complaints, concern and conflicts.
  • Quarterly account reviews and analytic reports on patterns, themes and spend year to date.
  • In addition, our support package customers benefit from a 25% discount on all of TCM’s training courses and events which are delivered via the TCM Academy.
Support plan customers also have access to the ‘on-demand’ services listed above, often at a significantly reduced cost!
