Introducing our 2023 Christmas campaign
In the quaint town of Resolutionville, nestled beneath a blanket of glistening snow, the holiday season was once a time of joy and togetherness. However, in recent years, a discordant tune had infiltrated the air, casting a shadow over the once harmonious community. The melody of unity had been replaced by the dissonance of unresolved conflicts and strained relationships.
Enter Ebenezer Discord, a shrewd and cantankerous character who, much like his name suggested, revelled in discord, destruction and disarray. As the CEO of the town’s largest employing organisation, he had amassed a fortune but at the expense of broken friendships and divided teams. Resolutionville had become a town divided, with bitter disputes and unresolved grievances echoing through its cobblestone streets.
On the eve of Christmas, as the clock struck midnight, a spectral trio paid Ebenezer Discord an unexpected visit. The Ghosts of Resolution Past, Present, and Future took him on a haunting journey through the echoes of forgotten laughter, the resonance of current strife, and the ominous silence of a future devoid of reconciliation. Together, they showed Ebenezer how working life could be different – transformational, even – if the appropriate routes to resolution were followed.

Burberry: Redefining Resolution, Christmas Past
It’s time for Ebenezer’s first visitor… the Ghost of Resolution Past, Burberry!
?️ The clock struck twelve, and in the hushed stillness of the night, a luminous figure appeared before Ebenezer Discord’s bedside. With an ethereal glow, the Ghost of Resolution Past emerged—a spectre adorned in a shimmering Burberry trench coat of memories. They beckoned Ebenezer to accompany them on a journey through the corridors of time.
? As they traversed the fog-laden lanes of Resolutionville, a flickering glow illuminated the scenes of bygone holidays. The quaint town square, once alive with laughter and shared joy, was now dimmed by the shadows of unresolved conflicts. Burberry showed Ebenezer what could happen if a different route to resolution had been chosen, through their own personal experience.
