Traditionally, our Culture Catalysts™ course has always been delivered face to face. However, we are now also able to offer this as a blended learning course which includes a mix of online training and an assessment centre. Open courses are delivered via The TCM Academy in London and we also run courses across the UK. We are also able to deliver this course onsite at your own location. This works well for groups of 6 delegates or more.

Online courses are delivered via Zoom. Our TCM trainers are dedicated to delivering engaging sessions and maximizing delegate input, maintaining the same agenda regardless of whether the training courses are conducted online or in-person. 

On Day 1, delegates will be introduced to the core concepts of workplace culture and the principles that underpin a transformational culture. The day will begin by establishing a shared understanding of what workplace culture is and how it influences organizational outcomes. Participants will explore David Liddle’s Transformational Culture Model, which focuses on creating a culture that is fair, inclusive, sustainable, and high-performing.

Day 2 is focused on equipping delegates with the tools and strategies to deliver and sustain cultural transformation. Building on Day 1, participants will dive into practical applications, change management models, and how to create an actionable transformation plan.

TCM trainers are experts at creating a safe, empowering, and challenging training environment for both online and in-person delivery. We aim to make the environment interactive and impactful, closely aligned with the learning objectives set for each session. A range of teaching and learning methods are used throughout the course, including reflective practice, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises that deepen understanding and reinforce skills.

Peer-based evaluation and learning feature prominently, supported by the course facilitator’s comprehensive assessments of each learner’s progress. Independent learning and reflective activities outside of course hours are also assessed, encouraging participants to integrate what they’ve learned.

Throughout the program, participants will develop the ability to develop and maintain a happier, healthier, and more harmonious workplace that supports high performance and enhanced productivity.
