10 years ago, in 2013, our CEO and chief consultant David Liddle stood at The Law Society and presented our Resolution Policy to the assembled masses.

It’s taken ten years to get here but the Resolution Policy (grievance) and the Resolution Framework (discipline and grievance) have become game changers in the working world.

It's all about flipping traditional discipline, grievance and performance procedures on their head in favour of more restorative, dialogue-driven and person-centred practices. It costs a lot less money, time and stress. Trust us.
