Introduction

For over 20 years, The TCM Group has been at the cutting edge of conflict resolution, culture change and leadership development. During that time, we’ve seen time and again that the traditional HR policies and management systems for handling discipline, whistleblowing, performance and grievances at work are broken and no longer for for purpose.

Our proven, and multi award winning solution, The Resolution Framework™ replaces organisations’ adversarial and damaging grievance, discipline, whistleblowing and performance management systems with a an integrated people policy (IPP). This modern and progressive approach puts people first and it puts the human back into HR.

As well as being used to resolve complaints, concerns and conflicts, The Resolution Framework™ is also designed to handle serious and complex cases such as whistleblowing, misconduct, abuse, fraud, bullying, harassment, discrimination and gross misconduct.

Since the Resolution Framework™ was launched by our CEO, David Liddle, in 2013, we have embedded it within numerous organisations in the UK and globally. These include The BBC, Capgemini, KPMG, Aviva, HSBC, TSB Bank, Nationwide BS, Virgin Atlantic, easyJet, OS, London Ambulance Service, NHSBT, University of Bath and many, many others. We were thrilled to win the HR Impact Award at the 2023 Personnel Today Awards for our work integrating a Resolution Framework™ at Burberry.

In April 2024, we took the bold decision to offer the Resolution Framework™ on an opensource basis i.e. free of charge.

What will you learn?

In our upcoming webinar ‘Redefining Resolution at Work’ you’ll hear how you and your organisation could benefit from this innovative and person-centred approach and take advantage of our brand-new opensource model which launched 2nd April 2024.

The Resolution Framework encourages and promotes adult-to-adult dialogue, offering a robust, values-based and outcomes oriented alternative to traditional HR procedures. In doing so, it increases the use of early resolution, facilitated conversations, restorative justice and mediation; decreasing the need for formal, costly grievance, discipline and performance management processes.

It works by diverting the majority of workplace complaints, concerns and conduct issues away from traditional processes. Instead, early resolution techniques such as mediation are used, which have countless benefits, not only for the parties involved, but on the overall culture of an organisation.

In this webinar you’ll hear from TCM’s CEO, David Liddle, alongside our Transformation Team Manager, Hannah Cotton and People and Transformation Director, Harriette Wolff. They’ll explore how your organisation can benefit from making this switch and joining the Resolution Revolution. They will also take questions about the role and benefits of the Resolution Framework™

The session will be delivered online, via Zoom on Thurs 25th April, between 12:30pm and 1:30pm.
