Elizabeth is a qualified Workplace Mediator and Investigator, with over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors, in a variety of HR, Learning and Development, operational and consultancy roles.
Operational experience includes a sound foundation in civil and criminal law in the Justice sector, as well as a solid background on advising on employment law. This ranges from drafting, negotiating with Trade Unions, implementing policies, through to investigations and representation at Employment Tribunals.
During her career, Elizabeth has led on many complex investigations, hearings, grievances and mediations, as well as advising and coaching clients following allegations, or facilitating conflict resolution amongst teams at all levels. She is a firm believer that aside from cost effectiveness, timely mediations enable parties to appreciate difference, find common ground, and better working relationship for all.
