"The hands on practical training sessions were very good! The trainer used many tools in which to pass on their knowledge, which I found very useful and helpful. The role plays were good – I felt we were able to put our skills into practice and share learning experiences. I will apply this learning by seeking and getting involved in mediation cases.

"Even if you never got to become involved as a mediator, the reflective learning and challenging nature of this course is a great opportunity for personal development and self-evaluation. However, it is also a firm basis on which to develop your mediation skills too! I particularly liked the interweaving of formal learning (frameworks) with active learning.
