"I found the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation training extremely useful and got so much from it. I actually enjoyed role-playing – which I thought I wouldn’t. I have definitely come away with new knowledge and skills which I believe will benefit both myself and those I work with. I will apply what I have learnt at work in resolving conflict/disputes between employers and employees in external mediations though I am not sure if this is sufficient for commercial mediations."

However, it is also a firm basis on which to develop your mediation skills too! I particularly liked the interweaving of formal learning (frameworks) with active learning. "The Practical Investigation Skills course was very informative and engaging. I particularly liked learning how to conduct an investigation in a thorough and fair manner. As well as summarising and moving on when an interviewee wonders off. Bola is a very good facilitator with great presentation skills. He delivered the course with confidence and had very good rapport with the delegates. TCM is lucky to have him on board! I will apply what I have learnt at my place of work within any voluntary role and within day to day life."
