TCM training was recommended to me by someone I know, I researched the workplace mediation training and the information provided on the website was excellent. I chose a date that could work for me and booked the time off work and booked myself on the course a few months ahead. The pre-course call was clear and explained everything along with providing access to the delegate zone. The training was excellent and professionally delivered for professionals. The pace was good, the response to questions (there were a lot of questions) was excellent and never rushed. The practical work with other delegates was first class and the assessment was also exceptionally well run. All round experience was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I want to say a huge thanks to Elizabeth for her facilitation these last few days, it was held at such a great pace - her knowledge and understanding of investigation is very evident, yet she allowed the other participants to input. I wanted to share how she managed the large group and small group set up so smooth and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Also, I have never been in a group before whereby the facilitator allowed questions at anytime and it was so well done, I was impressed by that but equally felt at ease to jump in and ask away when the question came up for me. Thanks again!
