About Hannah Cotton

Hannah has a passion for people.  After working in Human Resources for six years, she moved from Canada to England to pursue a career in conflict resolution and culture change. She completed a Master’s in Law (LLM) with a specialisation in Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation from City, University of London and is now the Transformation Team Manager at The TCM Group. In this role, Hannah champions transformational justice through the industry-leading Resolution Framework™.  She works with a wide range of organisations to implement values-based dispute resolution processes and provide training to manage conflict.

Hannah is known for her work ethic and bright enthusiasm for continuous learning.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Political Science and French Studies from Queen’s University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP Canada).  She is fluent in French and English, and was a public speaking instructor for a not-for-profit organisation that helps people gain confidence and leadership skills. She also loves to hike and travel, and will seek out any experience that leads to a good view!

At a Glance

  • Builds effective commercial relationships with existing and potential customers, delivering service excellence for our range of organisational development (OD), leadership and management programmes and coaching services
  • Develops systems, processes and resources which streamline operations and deliver maximum value to our customers and to TCM
  • Liaises effectively with customers and consultants throughout the life cycle of a programme
  • Provide ongoing support and aftercare post an assignment ensuring that all evaluation data is assimilated and integrated
  • Co-ordinates with colleagues at TCM Head Office on the design and delivery of transformational services including those covering HR, leadership, and culture change
